Growing up I was very much a tomboy and loved sports. I played, soccer (indoor & out), basketball & netball. I also trained as a sprinter, so yes I was very fit.
But once I moved from my home town Swan Hill to the City, Melbourne; I stopped playing everything and pretty much stopped training altogether. Before I knew it the Kilos where piling on and I had become very lazy. Ever since I have been struggling with body image and weight.
Now having changed my diet and trying to do some sort of exercise everyday I have been getting more motivated.
I was recently introduced to the Kettlebell Craze and have noticed the results it can bring. Kettlebells are both great for men and women. It targets all your fat burning zones giving you the lean, toned body you want.
